The Tejuosho Klee Klamp expansion project covers the construction of three floors of frame structures to accommodate 1,489 stalls, with internal toilet facilities over an area of 2,400m².

The project is aimed to unify all federal government parastatals and ministries in Ekiti State, Nigeria under a single building structure.
The total structure area for the four-story complex is around 8,436m², and is reinforced with concrete frame structures, steel carcass structures, and aluminium roofing.
