Construction of the Federal
Secretariat Complex, Ado Ekiti,
Ekiti State.
The Secretariat Complex is made up of 300 offices, three conference rooms, 8 phases of various internal toilets, and Car parking for approximately 300 vehicles.

The project is aimed to unify all federal government parastatals and ministries in Ekiti State, Nigeria under a single building structure.
The total structure area for the four-story complex is around 8,436m², and is reinforced with concrete frame structures, steel carcass structures, and aluminium roofing.
