Construction of a Manufacturing
Workshop and Warehouse, Odukpani, Cross River State.
Construction of a Manufacturing shop floor and Warehouse on a total construction area of 5,282m². The Manufacturing shop floor is 3,672m², while the warehouse building is 1302m².

The framing of the two buildings is made up of stanchions and universal beams demarcated externally and internally with 225mm Sand Crete hollow block.
The roof is made up of structural steel which includes framing, fabrication, and installation with an aluminium sheet covering.
