HSE Culture
As an organization, we are committed to safeguarding the lives of our personnel, and the protection of company assets as well as the environment. Thus, it is essential we implement a strong HSE culture and our objectives are:
Objective #1
To ensure that all activities are executed in such a way that the Health, Safety and Security of all Opes Manus Resources (OMR) staff and all other persons, who may be affected by her operations, are adequately safeguarded and that proper regard is paid to the protection of the environment.
Objective #2
To promote an awareness of personal responsibility in all personnel with regard to occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
Objective #3
To establish and maintain an HSE management system in order to eliminate or reduce all hazards and effects to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP) and compliance with environmental legislation.
Objective #4
To exhibit that operational procedures are an essential element in providing an efficient service.
Objective #5
To demonstrate through satisfactory records that the business is being conducted incompliance with these policies.
The Management of OMR is committed to the promotion and adherence to HSSE culture within her premises and in all areas where her operations are executed, thereby ensuring the safety and health of her staff and the protection of her asset and environments.
